Eveleth, Minn.—An Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board (IRRRB) open house for local officials is slated for Wednesday, February 22, 2012 at the agency’s administrative office in Eveleth. The open house was planned in an effort to increase the agency’s transparency with the public and to encourage cooperation among community partners. Invited guests include city, county, and township officials, school superintendents, and school board members.
During the open house, guests will meet the staff, tour the office and learn more about IRRRB programs. The open house is slated for 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. Commissioner Tony Sertich will provide welcoming remarks at 1:30 p.m. in the Mesabi Conference Room. Breakout sessions regarding agency programs also will be held.
