Lists and Data Requests


If you would like to obtain lists of our licensed professionals, please visit the State of Minnesota's  Mailing List Service  website or contact its office at 651-296-0930.  The Board regulates the following healthcare professionals: physician & surgeon (MD & DO), physician assistant, acupuncturist, athletic trainer, traditional midwife, naturopathic doctor, professional firm, and respiratory therapist.

The Board provides the following data on licensed individuals to Mailing List Service:

  • Name
  • Education Degree
  • Gender
  • MN License Number
  • License Status
  • License Grant Date
  • License Expiration Date 
  • Public Address
  • Disciplinary Action Indicator
