Governor Dayton issues Emergency Executive Order 12-03

Today, Governor Mark Dayton issued Emergency Executive Order 12-03, providing personnel and equipment for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant Drill and Exercise.  A copy of the executive order is attached.
