  June 11, 2012 - St. Paul – In honor and remembrance of Navy Lieutenant William E. Swanson, Governor Mark Dayton has ordered all U.S. flags and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the State of Minnesota, from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, June 12, 2012.

  June 11, 2012 - Saint Paul, MN – The Commission on Judicial Selection announced today it is recommending three candidates to Governor Mark Dayton for consideration to fill the Seventh Congressional District seat vacancy that will occur on the Minnesota Court of Appeals. This vacancy will occur when The Honorable Roger M. Klaphake reaches mandatory retirement under state law this summer.
