This vacancy was created upon the retirement of the Honorable Skipper J. Pearson. The district court judgeship will be chambered at Milaca in Mille Lacs County in the Seventh Judicial District.

    June 25, 2012 - Governor Mark Dayton has issued Emergency Executive Order 12-10 in response to an apartment fire in the City of Marshall, which displaced about 19 residents. The Emergency Executive Order directs the Minnesota National Guard to support the Red Cross sheltering operations for displaced residents staying at the National Guard Armory in Marshall.

    June 23, 2012 - Lt. Governor Prettner Solon will leave the ‘German American Health Care Summit’ early and return home to flood damaged Duluth late Sunday night. Prettner Solon has been in Berlin since last Saturday, leading a delegation of Minnesota health care experts, and was previously scheduled to arrive home next Wednesday.
