February 10, 2011 - Governor Mark Dayton today appointed Dan Boivin as Chair of the Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC). Boivin has served on the MAC as Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak’s representative since 2002. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Human Resources and Affirmative Action Committee.
February 08, 2011 - Governor Mark Dayton today appointed Josh Tilsen as the Commissioner of the Minnesota Bureau of Mediation Services (BMS). Tilsen is currently a full-time hearing officer and mediator with BMS. He brings more than 30 years of experience to this position as a mediator, facilitator, administrative hearing officer, arbitrator, and trainer.

February 01, 2011 - Today Governor Mark Dayton announced the appointment of Carolyn Parnell, currently Chief Operating Officer for Information Technology Services for the Minnesota System of Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), to head the Office of Enterprise Technology (OET). Parnell will serve as Minnesota’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), leading OET’s delivery of services that improve government through the effective use of information technology.
