2011 - General rules;  address manufacturing standards for promotional tickets, electronic
             bingo devices, pull-tab dispensing devices; address statutory changes from 2007,
             2008, and 2009.  Rules effective March 1, 2011.

2007 - Rules repealed, reestablished in new parts; and added electronic bingo devices. Rules
             effective March 19, 2007.

2004 - Comprehensive rules process, started in 1999.  Manufacturing standards, linked
