1.  There are four types of nonprofit organizations that are eligible to conduct lawful gambling (raffles,
      bingo, pull-tabs, tipboards, and paddlewheels):

  • Fraternal - Elks, Eagles and Auxiliary, Moose, Knights of Columbus, etc.

  • Religious - Church, Cathedral
  • Veterans - American Legion and VFW, Auxiliaries
  • Other nonprofit organizations - Lions, fire relief, hockey, Jaycees, baseball, athletic, snowmobile, rod and gun, sportsmen, community, business/chamber, etc.

2.  If you are a nonprofit organization, determine the following for the entire calendar year:

  • what types of gambling will be conducted (raffles, bingo, pull-tabs, tipboards, paddlewheels),

  • how many events will be conducted, and
  • what is the estimated total market value of all donated and purchased prizes to be awarded for the entire calendar year.
