The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) manages the state's natural resources. Hunting, fishing, state forests and parks, lakes, rivers and streams, boating and water safety, trails, snowmobiling, skiing, education, enforcement, wildlife management, lands and minerals are managed by the DNR.

Requirements:

A minnow retailer must obtain a minnow retailer's vehicle license for each motor vehicle used to transport more than 12 dozen minnows to the retailer's place of business.

Issued to residents and nonresidents.

Issued as corporate or individual license.

Fee:

$15

Period of Issuance:

Annual - (March - March)

Length of Determination Process:

One to three weeks.

Other Pertinent Information:

A Minnow Retailer's Vehicle License, #745 ($15/vehicle), is needed if transporting is involved.
