Must submit engineering design plans.
Obtain local approvals
Fee:
No fees.
Period of Issuance:
Up to 5 years; permit may then be reissued.
Length of Determination Process:
30 days to determine if complete. Up to 180 days or more to determine adequacy of completed application.
Other Pertinent Information:
Must submit ash testing results with application to determine liner requirements.
