A rule restricting the use of hand-held mobile telephones for drivers of commercial motor vehicles became effective Jan. 3, 2012. Period of Issuance:
Permanent, subject to maintenance of insurance filing and annual vehicle registration.
Length of Determination Process:
Minimum of six weeks.
