Requirements:
Honey bee colonies or used equipment is inspected for diseases before interstate shipment.
Fee:
$50 per hour for the inspection, along with mileage reimbursement at current IRS rate. Includes driving time to and from the inspection location and time spent conducting the inspection.
Period of Issuance:
Variable, as requested. Inspection and certification must be requested by beekeeper.
Length of Determination Process:
1 - 3 weeks
