Health Care Reform Task Force meets Aug. 6 in St. Cloud

The Governor’s Health Care Reform Task Force will meet 2:30-5:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at Le St-Germain Suite Hotel, 404 West St. Germain, in St. Cloud. The task force is charged with developing recommendations to achieve better health care, lower health care costs and healthier communities in Minnesota.

At the meeting, the task force will discuss draft recommendations aimed at improving health through prevention efforts and health care payment and delivery system reforms. The meeting will also include a report from the Bush Foundation and Citizens League on the Citizen Solutions initiative, which involved thousands of Minnesotans in online and community discussions around the state on how to improve health care.
