    January 30, 2014 - Some people who applied for health care through MNsure may not receive notices or health care cards promptly. The DHS Member Help Desk can answer questions about your application or coverage for a Minnesota Health Care Program (MHCP). If you qualify for coverage, we can help you work with your doctor or pharmacy to get services and prescriptions you need.
