By 2025, it’s expected that millennials (1980-2000) will make up the majority of the workforce. Already, workers between the ages of 14-34 years hold about 35 percent of the total jobs in the state of Minnesota, according to data from DEED’s Quarterly Workforce Indicators (QWI) program.
