The WorkForce Center - Hennepin North offers specialized services that provide individualized employment, training and support services to assist residents who meet specific eligibility requirements.
The Dislocated Worker Program is an employment and training program to help workers who have been separated from their last employer through no fault of their own (or have been notified that a layoff is pending) find new jobs as quickly as possible.

Our business services staff are available to help area companies with their business and workforce development needs.
Business Services Representatives help companies meet hiring and worker training needs and find the right solutions to a wide variety of business problems. They provide technical analysis and workforce strategy advice as well as basic and detailed business information.

Our Veterans Networking Club meets on Thursdays, 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. Come exchange ideas and share job leads, get feedback and expert guidance on resume strategies, interviewing techniques and much more.
Vocational Rehabilitation Services is for people with disabilities, who want to get or keep a job.
To begin the intake process, please call 763-279-4456 to schedule an orientation. At the orientation, a staff person will talk to you about the world of work and help you decide if you want to apply for services.
