Submission Form for Breakout Session


Complete the form below to submit your proposal for a breakout session at the 2017 Joint Counselor Training.

  • The deadline for submitting a proposal is March 17, 2017. No late proposals will be considered.
  • Information entered on the form will be used in the event directory.
  • The committee reserves the right to place speakers and panelists in compatible sessions on any day (May 17-18) or to combine session proposals when appropriate.
  • Sessions will last 60 minutes. As you prepare your proposal, consider the structure of your presentation and decide whether it will be lecture, panel, question and answer, or hands-on/interactive.
  • No speaker fees, hotel accommodations or mileage will be paid.
  • Included in each breakout session room:
    • podium with microphone
    • screen
    • panel table with 4 chairs
    • table top microphones (2)
    • wireless microphones (2)
    • flipchart with paper and markers
    • wireless internet
    • LCD projector
    • laptop
