Job Seeker Satisfaction

The Minnesota WorkForce Center System conducts an ongoing survey of its registered job-seeking customers. Each year, approximately 1,000 job seekers answer questions by telephone regarding satisfaction with services received. The survey is part of a system effort to incorporate customer feedback into service improvements.
