Individuals connect with FastTRAC in a variety of ways. Partners do internal referral (e.g. Adult Basic Education or a Workforce Center could inform and support a participant into FastTRAC), but FastTRAC also engages in external marketing (e.g. flyers, social media, television announcements on public access channels, etc). FastTRAC is a high-profile program which has received national attention and was included in Vice President Joe Biden's July 2014 report "Ready to Work: Job Driven Training and American Opportunity". FastTRAC staff have worked intentionally to spread awareness and understanding of FastTRAC at conferences and events, through professional development and technical assistance opportunities and more.
