Recycling


Anyone selling motor oil, motor oil filters, or lead acid batteries is required to post available recycling options. These posters may be downloaded and printed. If you place the appropriate poster(s) in a place clearly visible to your customers, you will meet your statutory requirements under MN Chapters 325E.11 and 325E.1151.

Recycle Used Batteries
Message: This retailer is required to accept your used lead acid batteries, even if you do not purchase a battery. When you purchase a new battery, you will be charged an additional $5 unless you return a used battery within 30 days.
