Project Summary
Procedures for the review of minor alterations are contained in Minnesota Rules 7850.4800.
A minor alteration is a change in a high voltage transmision line or large electric power generating plant that does not result in significant changes in the human or environmental impact of the facility. A person seeking authorization to make a minor alteration shall apply to the Commission.
