The Minnesota Department of Commerce, Division of Energy Resources (DER) is available to provide resources and information for public forums sponsored by utilities. DER has two newly revised energy guides, Home Envelope and Appliances, Lighting, Electronics, that it can share at events. Both guides help consumers decrease their home energy use.
