Log on to eHeat


The Electronic Household Energy Automated Technology (eHEAT) software will help EAP and WAP service providers and heat and electric suppliers manage data and streamline program functions.

Public access: Reports that are of public interest can be accessed on this software. The current report includes EAP data for agencies statewide. For specific information about the programs, contact a local service provider. Access the public link to eHEAT in the right column of this web page. No user ID or password is needed.

Service Providers: The eHEAT software is available through the link in the right column of this web page. You must have a User ID and password to log on. Contact your EAP or WAP coordinator to be assigned a User ID and password. Be sure to change your password immediately the first time you log on. Passwords must be 8 characters or less.

Energy Vendor Administrators: The eHEAT software is available through the link in the right column of this web page. You must have a User ID and password to log on. Contact the EAP coordinator where you received eHEAT training to receive a User ID and password. If you did not attend training, contact your local EAP Coordinator. Be sure to change your password immediately the first time you log on. Passwords must be 8 characters or less.

If you have forgotten your User ID or password, contact your local EAP Coordinator.

When the eHEAT log-in screen appears, put it in your favorites or use a shortcut on your desktop. To put a shortcut on your desktop:

  1. Highlight and copy the URL from the address.

  2. Go to your desktop and right click.

  3. Select New.

  4. Select Shortcut.

  5. Paste the URL where it says, "Type the location of the item."

  6. Click Next.

  7. Click Finish.
