Attention OD’s that have not renewed their 2016 license:

This is the last week of the renewal period.  If you still have less than 40 clock hours validated in the OE Tracker system, you will not be able to send your clock hours for validation into the OE Tracker system, as it takes three to four work days to upload at ARBO/OE Tracker. Complete the following steps:

  1. Use the paper renewal application 
  2. Copy your validated OE Tracker transcript or submit validated documentation of your CE and
  3. Copy certificates of attendance not uploaded into OE Tracker.  You must submit documentation of completion of 40 validated clock hours and
  4. Fee of $130.00 and $10.00 for each duplicate license request. 
  5. Postmark no later than December 31, 2015.
  6. Licenses will be processed on January 4, 2016.

Level Licensure Statement

As of January 1, 2013, all Minnesota Licensed Optometrists meet therapeutic certification standards (TPA) and are considered as meeting nationally recognized TMOD requirements. This level licensure standard is all inclusive of any former education including, but not limited to DPA, TPA certifications if the Minnesota licensed O.D. is currently or initially licensed after January 1, 2013.
