Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution
Welcome to the Minnesota State Office of Collaboration and Dispute Resolution. We assist government and citizens of Minnesota in using conflict resolution and collaborative processes to address pressing issues of public interest.
Working with us can help you achieve sustainable solutions to public issues ranging from disputes over the placement of sound barriers on our highways to conflicts between development and environmental goals to establishing new local or statewide policy on social issues . Our neutrality, our expertise and experience in leading successful projects within the state, and our ease of contracting with public agencies, make us an effective and accessible state-level resource.
We look forward to serving you and other institutions and citizens in advancing important initiatives for our state and local communities.
