Professional Firm Registration
|
The Board registers firms in accordance with MN Statute
319B. Please consult the statute to determine whether or not your company
will register with the Board. To register with the Board, please send a
cover letter with your contact information, a copy of your Articles of
Incorporation (for Minnesota firms) OR a copy of your Certificate of Authority
from the MN Secretary of State (for foreign firms), and a $100 filing fee to the
Board office.
