Master Contracts for Industrial Hygiene Services for Asbestos and Other Hazardous Material Abatement Project Management, Testing, and Surveys - T# 13AIH

Project management, testing, sample collection and analysis, air monitoring, and surveys for abatement of asbestos and other hazardous materials. Services include on-site air monitoring and daily electronic log reports, site surveys, on-site and bulk material collection, sampling and analysis, recommendations, and reports for hazardous materials projects. Projects will vary in nature and scope and will involve remodeling projects and facility audits. 

Effective Dates: 7/1/2012 - 6/30/2015 (each contract's start date may vary)
Maximum obligation under a work order is $100,000 (includes any amendments)

Solicitation Requirements: 

Fees Process
up to $25,000 choose 1 consultant from Master Contract list 
$25,001 to $50,000 Send written RFP to at least two (2) consultants on Master Contract list 
$50,001 to $100,000 Send written RFP to at least two (3) consultants on Master Contract list

Other state agencies are allowed to use this contract. State agencies must identify T# 13AIH when entering work order in SWIFT.
