  • Opportunity: Police Officer Grievance Arbitration Roster - The BMS is accepting applications for two positions on the Police Officer Grievance Arbitration Roster (POGAR).  Arbitrators appointed to the Roster will conduct binding arbitration hearings under the grievance procedures in collective bargaining agreements covering police officers, as required by Minnesota State 626.892.  Arbitrators are appointed by the Commissioner to four-year terms and may apply for reappointment.  If you are interested in serving on the Roster, please complete the Open Appointments Online Application (part of the Secretary of State's website, under "Boards and Commissions") and submit for review.  Appointments are effective January of 2026.  (10/30/2025)
