The State's eLicensing system was created to make state professional and business licenses available through a simple, easy-to-use, online process. Citizens can apply for, renew and manage occupational and business licenses 24/7 using this system.

A secure log-in is provided to protect identities and personal information. License processing can be done in real-time, minimizing the time between application and approval.

Back-office users will also see time-saving benefits. It's a self-service process, which means citizens enter most of the information. Agency staff can be freed up from redundant, manual data entry, allowing them to focus on missions more critical to state business.
