Petrofund Board Background

The Petroleum Tank Release Compensation Board oversees the reimbursement program. It has five members: a petroleum industry representative, a person with claims adjusting experience, a public member, the Commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency, and the Commissioner of Commerce.

Petro Board Meeting Schedule

Petrofund Board meetings are open to the public and usually held on the second Wednesday in the odd numbered months. They are held at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 Seventh Place East, St. Paul, MN. Meetings usually begin at 8:30 AM Check the Commerce Calendar for upcoming meetings and any related documents.
