• Regular Petrofund Board meetings are currently scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. in Lower Level Room 35 of the Golden Rule Building, 85 7th Place East, St. Paul, MN  55101. The lower level of the building is not accessible to the public, so please go to the Department of Commerce front desk on the fifth floor for an escort to the meeting room. • The Petrofund ‘sunset date’ was extended from June 30, 2012 to June 30, 2017 during the 2011 legislative session.

• Effective July 1, 2011, the maximum costs and hourly rates for consultant and contractor tasks specified in the Petrofund rules (Minn. Rule 2890) have increased by 10%, in accordance with Minn. Rules 2890.1900 and 2890.3900. The new maximum costs can be found in the rules on the Minnesota Revisor’s Office website and on the Petrofund proposal/invoice and change order forms on this website.
