Thank youto all who attended the six Environmental Congress
Citizen Forums in Rochester, Bloomington, Duluth, Worthington, St. Cloud,
and Moorhead this past November and December 2012.
The Environmental Quality Board (EQB) is very pleased with the high
turnout and enthusiastic citizens who attended throughout the state.
Below is a record of all of the comments received
through the Citizen Forums.
A report compiling and summarizing all
of the comments is currently being created by state agency staff. The report

Registration was optional at all of the
Forums. Contact information has been removed to protect
individuals' privacy.
Audience polling was conducted at each of
the Citizen Forums. This is a snapshot of some of the
attendees in the room, and should not be used as
scientific data. Attendees were self-selected and are
not representative of Minnesota as a whole. Results have
been compiled across all of the locations - individual
locations will be posted at a later date.
At each Forum, citizens were given
time to meet in small groups to discuss issues of
interest to them for each of the three questions
provided. These reports compile the documented
discussion from all tables at each of the Forum
locations.
At each Forum, citizens were provided
an opportunity to submit individual written comments.
Comments were collected on
our website in response to an Online Forum from November
20, 2012 to January 15, 2013. Responses are organized
chronologically by date submitted.
Comments were accepted via
email until January 15, 2013. Responses are organized
alphabetically by Subject Line.
This PowerPoint contains the questions asked at the Citizen Forums, but does
